I am very lucky to be able to make my childhood dream and passion to my profession. After completing my education and master classes as a confectioner and ice cream maker, I expanded and perfected my skills and knowledge in various hotels and restaurants. For example, I worked as a pastry chef in the following houses:

During my career, I put my skills and abilities to the test in various competitions nationally and internationally. I was awarded gold medals from the Salon Culinaire in Basel and Singapore. I was also able to celebrate great success with my chocolate show pieces at culinary art exhibitions in Salzburg, Klagenfurt, Lucerne and Bozen.
Today I am happy to pass on my knowledge, experience and techniques to interested parties in the form of coaching, workshops and master classes. I am also a speaker for special courses in the patisserie sector for the HGV, SKV and for the Office for Continuing Education of the Province of Bozen.
I can also be booked for events and temporary support in hotels or restaurants. I bring the basic equipment, tools and machines for the patisserie with me.

The framework… I work with my own devices, tools and machines, if not available. All I need is a professionally equipped kitchen and we can start right away!
